Uncovering the path to the life you want.
Welcome! I'm glad you found your way here. The focus of AIH is to provide an environment where you feel comfortable to explore all aspects of your life and move beyond basic symptom reduction. If you had a bad cold, were miserable at work, and struggling with insomnia, would taking one pill fix it all? We wish! At AIH the aim is to examine your values, goals, relationships, and how you take care of yourself, in addition to your symptoms, to work from a more holistic perspective. Gathering information from all of these elements of your life can often clarify how and why you have gotten to a place where you feel unhappy, unhealthy, or unsatisfied. Knowing this information can help us create and navigate a treatment plan that will put you on track to living the life you want.
Please take a minute to read through the other pages on this site to gain a better understanding of my philosophy on integrative care and how it could work for you.
I look forward to talking with you soon.
